The usualy hire period is from Thursday to Monday. All hire garments are prepared and are ready for Thursday collection. All hire garments must me returned the following Monday. If you do require a longer hire period, then a surcharge will be appled to your order according on the length of your requested hire period.

Only the sleeve length and trouser lengths are adjusted for each individual. If more alterations are required, a ready to wear suit may be an alterantive option for you to consider.

Measurments can be supplied in order for us to prepare garments for anybody who is not present during the fitting process. We simply ask for some basic measurments in order for us to secure a size for the groomsman in question.

Yes you can. All our hire suits are available to purchase. In the case of someone wanting to buy a suit intead of hiring, we have ready to wear options, and wedding packages to cater for parties of 3 or more. See Wedding packages for more information.

In the event of a late suit return, a surcharge of $50 per suit per day will apply. Suits a dyrcleaned weekly, and we need to express clean any late suit returns. If a time is organised prior to collection and the suits are available, you may be charged for an ealier collection. Ask us in store for more information.

Damaged garments will be surchaged upon suit return, and if the garment is deemed unfit for future hire. Any garment than connot be phycially mended or is beyond repair, will be charged the retail cost of the damaged garment.

We encourage all wedding parties to do a final fitting prior to thier event date. This happens on a Thursday or Friday the week of your event. If you require an early collection, this will only be subject to a extended hire booking.

Any size changes can be done on your final fitting provided the size is available.

If any garment requires last minute alterations, this will be amended in store prior to collection.
